Acknowledgments

This work has been supported by a grant from the University of Illinois and a fellowship of the Portland Cement Association. This has led to the receipt of a larger award from the National Science Foundation to support experimental research, the development of a computer-based design tool, and additional educational resources. We would also like to acknowledge our collaborators on the NSF CAREER Award Project.
